Preschool-The Parable of the Fishnet, Matthew 13:47-48

In preschool, we will spend June and July on parables.  We talk about how parables are like presents.  “They have already been given to us…And sometimes parables seem to have lids on them.  But when you lift the lid of a parable there is something very precious inside” (Young Children and Worship, pg 156).  In them we learn about the beauty of the Kingdom of God.

*I wonder how the good fish feel being in the net with the bad fish?

*I wonder why the good fish decided to be good?

*I wonder why the bad fish decided to be bad?

*I wonder how the good fish feel now that the bad fish are gone?
